GTA MS BOTI takes 2 first place finishes at the WCG 21’ Free Fire finals to win the tournament

The grand finals of the Women’s Cyber Games 2021 Free Fire Solo Battle Royale concluded last month, and witnessed the top 12 players out of the 80+ participants fight it out for the title of champion. Throughout the Bo3 series, all the players were playing very tactfully, never rushing into fights and doing their level best to secure placement points across all 3 matches. However, only “GTA MS BOTI”, was able to outplay her opponents to win the entire series.

During the 1st match, Neha “HB NEHA” Bandara was able to walk away the victor, with “NEGU BABA” in 2nd place. Both participants had enough kill points as well to guarantee a good position on the leaderboard. Although, during the 2nd match, the previous match winner “HB NEHA” was picked off first. This placed her at a terrible disadvantage, not being able to accumulate any points for the 2nd match. Instead however, “GTA MS BOTI” took the center stage and was able to win the match, with “NEGU BABA” coming in 4th. The final match of the Bo3 also went the way of “GTA MS BOTI”, she was able to survive till the final zone and take out her last opponent. This gave her the points she needed to secure her 1st place victory at the WCG 21’ Free Fire event.

STØRM Dariya crowned the queen of Call of Duty Mobile at the WCG 21’ CODM finals

STØRM Dariya crowned the queen of Call of Duty Mobile at the WCG 21’ CODM finals

The Call of Duty Mobile Solo Battle Royale tournament at the 2021 Women’s Cyber Game ended on the 18th of April, and saw some of the best female COD Mobile players duke it out for the top spot.

Match #1 of the finals was won by Nuwanthi “DC Nuwa” Mannapperuma, who prioritised survival over kills, unlike her final opponent – MS.NIKI. This only required DC Nuwa to defeat MS.NIKI, which she did and won her match 1. During the 2nd match however, DC Nuwa was only able to place 10th, making her chances of winning difficult. On the other hand, Daariya “STØRM Dariya” Azim, who had placed 11th in the previous round found her rhythm which allowed her to close out game #2 with a 1st place finish and 4 kills on the scoreboard. Keeping her momentum going, STØRM Dariya continued her aggressive playstyle, while her opponents continued to choose survival over fighting. But this worked out to STØRM Dariya’s advantage, resulting in her closing the final game with 5 kills and the #1 spot. Thanks to the kill points she accumulated and the back to back wins during match 2 & 3, she was able to win the entire 2021 Women’s Cyber Games Call of Duty Mobile tournament.
