But i saw some videos on youtube, i7 7700 vs i5 7400 both with gtx 1070,
The i7 7700 has significant high fps than the i5. Witch means the i5 7500 is bottlenecking 😭😭😭

What you're seeing is the difference of 600Mhz in clock speed (that's approximately 20%), not the 4 extra threads. A i5 7500 can run at 3.8Ghz, so will perform the same as the i7 there.

It will depend on what graphics settings you will be using
Low settings = CPU bottleneck
Ultra settings = GPU bottleneck
(Not accurate)

Is he comparing a 7500 or 7400?
Oops sorry i was comparing a 7500

Then how can the i7 get to have more fps?

Because it's 600Mhz faster. If the i7 7700 was running at the same speed as the i5 7400 (3.0Ghz) you won't notice a difference.

If you want more performance, your next option should be an overclocked i5 7600K, not the i7 7700.
