I needed some about a year ago & had to bring them down - couldn't find a single place that had 'em. Do let us know if you find any locally...

The Sri Lankan Cyber Games held on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of December also saw the ceremony for National eSports Awards 2016 organised by SLeSA.

SLeSA stands for Sri Lanka eSports Association, and it is the governing body for eSports in Sri Lanka. Founded by Gamer.LK, it consists of senior members from all the major gaming clans in Sri Lanka.  It is decided among the clan representatives and Gamer.LK which teams and individual players have shown exceptional performance in the field of eSports. The National eSports Award receipients are officially recognised as the top ranking players of particular games.

The globally recognised ELO Rating system is used for calculation when judging the skill levels, and the criteria used are Wins in Ranked Tournaments, Organisation, Contribution to eSports, Ethics, and Public Poll results.
