Thanks man, I still didn't install many games to benchmark.
However GTA IV in 1440x900 with high details is working at about 50-60 FPS

Yeah sure thing I will let you know, Currently i'm looking at the option to get down a Cooler Master HEF 932.
Only Problem is the weight. Lets see how it will turn around.

Also ur LCD the VX2255wm is sweet, if I'm not mistaken thats one of the high end LCD on the VX22 Series..
Thanks, Yes It's high end. Currently I am very happy with it. I also saw some good Samsung LCD's other day at Unity P, with some impresive specs. They have it in 22,24 and 26 sizes. Check this.

http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/detail/spec.do?group=computersperipherals&type=monitors&subtype=lcd&model_cd=LS22TWHSUV/ZA&fullspec=F

Please let us know the progress of your Case. Can't you get it down through SLMEGA? And also love to know how your Rig is going to treat Crysis.

wow! is it worth it? wouldn't a crossfire board and two 4850's have done it better with less money "wasted"???

Yeah, Anusha may be I have paid little more. But I have my reasons. First I am not much of a crossfire fan. ATI and Radeon are bit alien to me. On the other hand I got my 9800 GT's bit cheap. Even if you get Foxconn Mars, which is Crossfire (16500/=) and two 4850's which will cost around 30,000/= each will add up to slightly less than I paid to Striker II and the two 9800 GT's. Thanks for pointing out I am trying to learn more about Crossfire.    ::)

Hi, Thenura. You got a nice rig there. Love to know how Foxconn Mars and SAPPHIRE RADEON HD4850 handles the frame rates in different games. Your assembly looks very neat.  (Y)

Seriously dude, If it was some other country, for the amount I spent I could have got a Full On System.
Wat to do, have to bare all the taxes and other stuff.

Comp parts have very little taxing bro (like a 6% VAT or something) most markup is for the highend PC vendor - you can't blame em for high prices because its their business - with very little turnover thanks to less demand, their markup HAS to be high.

However, there is a neat way of getting stuff down from newegg and all other US websites; check out American Express Concierge service - available free for all Gold card members and above. They will send you your stuff doorstep delivery if the US merchant doesn't deliver to sri lanka. The markup is negligible and usually in the form of courier charges, amounting to roughly USD 50-100, so if you're purchasing a few dozen components it will turn out to be cheaper. However, good luck with RMA so it might be a bit of a gamble.

Will post how the experience goes in two weeks once my stuff arrives - fingers crossed.
Everything that's ever to be said, has been said; Everything else, is just another Cliche
