I'm sure everyone knows that SLCG is organized jointly by Gamer.LK and the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo.

As per Rotaract customs, at the District Assembly, awards are given to the best projects of the past year. At the recently concluded 19th Rotaract District Assembly (6th July 2009), Sri Lanka Cyber Games 2008 was awarded the citation for "Most Outstanding public Relations Effort". In simple terms, it was the best Rotaract PR project in Sri Lanka.

This award though given to the Rotaract Club belongs to Gamer.LK as well. Hence, on behalf of the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo, I'd like to thank Gamer.LK for being such awesome co-organizers and also thank everyone who took part and helped out to make SLCG 08 a success.



The one on the bottom right is what we got for SLCG 08.
