1st round always has walkovers. How else does a tournament filter out the non-serious teams ?

true! bt cant we kik those no serious teams who did show up with out any reson from next tournaments ?

We contacted all teams over the phone and confirmed their participation. We started doing this after GCCL and its first round walkovers. We figured calling them would be a good way to filter them out. So far it's only two teams that have failed to show up prepared - if there are more teams, we will have to look into taking further steps next season. We learn something new from each tournament!

DAM!!!! If there were so many walkovers   We could have played    but no intention of winning just to get some experience onboard   
We would love to play next season & any other cod4 leagues & ladder matches
