Ok, Im going to make the first post here, So I'll try to think up an efficient format.

The standard trading ratios are 3:2:1 and 2:1:1.

You may use either for trading purposes (probably the one that suits you more). For example, If you have metal and want crystal, ratio 1 would get you 67% while ratio 2 would get you only 50%. On the other hand, if you want deut, ratio 1 would give you only 33% while ratio 2 would get you 50%.

If you want, you can trade outside these ratios, but these provide a good guideline for trading.

Format[/u] = UP TO(<--If applicable) (what you want to give) (minimum)(<--If applicable) for (What you want to receive). Ratio = (Ratio used).

Rules:

•If you're using one of the standard ratio, you should post all 3 values even if only to resource types are involved in the trade. Otherwise, if you're using a non-standard ratio, just the values involved are fine.

(Note: Trades with non-standard ratios in which the higher ranked player receives profit may require GameOperator permission. Also, it is expected that all transactions will be concluded within 48 hours of the first transaction. If you cannot pay within that time, you should say so before the trade. If it is the higher ranked player who needs more than 48 hours to pay, you may need GameOperator permission.).

•Also, before you agree to a trade, please make sure you have the necessary resources and ships ready. If not, tell the person you are trading with.

•If you are willing to trade a fraction of the resources at the same ratio, add the words "up to" in your statement, and if you want, the minimum amount as well.

•Finally, you dont need to post the co-ords as you probably will fleetsave eventually. Tell the person whom you are trading with the co-ords after he agrees to trade.



So I''ll go first. I want to trade UP TO 300k units of metal (minimum = 100k) for 200k of crystal. Ratio = 3:2.
