Perks: Deep Impact 13th October 2009 by bliss



Just only recently Team Perks basked in great glory in WCG Lanka 2009. Over 2 Regional Tournament, Colombo and Kandy with a National Tournament, PeRks battled it through the Colombo Regional and emerged as champion while DixA emerged as champion in the Kandy Regional.

Colombo’s Regional Champion’s bracket were way harder compared to Kandy’s  as top teams were gathered in there to battle it off, to name a few were noobAlliance(-nA-), MAXIMUM GAMERS, PeRks and PeRks II. The 4 of them had the most intense battles against each other for the coveted regional and also to earn the opportunity to compete in the National Finals.

As they finally approach Sri Lanka National Finals, PeRks faced BiX B from Kandy and PeRks II faced DiX A. PeRks had a breeze against DiX B while PeRks II had a real tough one against Dix A. PeRks II eventually emegerd as the victor and entered into finals against PeRks!



PeRks : Winners of National Championship

Team PeRks finally won as Champion in the finals of the WCG National Title keeping their unbeaten record throughout the entire tournament.  Team PeRks II and Dix A came up as 1st runner up and 2nd runner up. ESPGL applauds team PeRks for showing such great skills and dedication in winning their first mega CoD4 event in their home country. Kudos!
