I am looking for a cheap HDMI monitor which can be rotated into portrait view for programming and stuff.

if anyone has or knows a place that delivers or is in colombo please let me know.

In ikman.lk search for dell 23" or 22" .. and see listings by a a shop called computerhub (opposite the kirilapponne police), they sell with 6 months warranty.  There is also a place in maharagama.  These are Australia used monitors that are in excellent condition, and are from high end line up P and U series, with rotating screens.  They also have HP monitors with rotating screens.

Price for a 22" should be under 12K if i recall correct, a 24" only a few thousands more.
