(SOLVED) - LOW FPS WITH AMD RYZEN 5 3600 + B550 GAMIN PLUS MSI + 5500 XT 8GB

(SOLVED) - ISSUE WITH PSU FOUND IT

Hi all,

I just assembled a pc with above said components. But my fps is pretty low in all games since low config pc running well.

I updated all drivers & BIOS.
 
I put my graphics card in lower config pc and its running well.

This is the fist time i changed to amd from intel, please guyz any solution. Feel slutter in heavy fps drop.

Cant even cap 144fps  in my 144hz monitor please help guyz.

whts wrong with my pc.

Did you check the temperatures ? Download hw monitor and check the temps.

Also do you have a ssd ? Or just a hard drive.

16gb ram

CORSAIR CV650 - 650 WATT 80 PLUS BRONZE CERTIFIED POWER SUPPLY

Tried warface game, once it came it 300 fps, after its not static. (Fluctuating around 10 to 135).

This capable to get 300 fps in medium settings

with same gpu and i7 7400, static fps performance in my friends rig.

What is the ram frequency?and at what frequencies is your ram and cpu running?
