A post should be complete hence it will not waste time of the users who are not looking for an item that is out of their category, not all 200 people view the post should PM the seller to get to find out the basic info!!

There is only one conclusion to arrive, that there is something fishy, yet the quoted price(common sense to post a price when advertising a product for sale) and the basic info incomplete.
