Port forwarding is usually blocked by default from the side of SLT in 4g connections for "security purposes". I believe its the same case in Fiber. When its blocked from SLT's side no matter what settings and Ip addresses u put on the routers forwarding tables it doesnt work. The port will remain blocked for access to the internet. So u need to call SLT customer support and tell them to allow u to port forward and they will allow it free of charge. Then it should work. Atleast that was the case for me with the SLT 4G  :D . Same applied to Dialog 4G as well. So I believe the procedure is the same for Fiber.
