the mentioned card can be used in the system. colors i have no idea. color reproduction is primarily depend on the monitor panel you have. for example an IPS panel produce better colors compared to a TN panel. the VGA just send the signal for each pixel.

Actually, the HDs at those i9 chips are pretty much capable of generating all the colors a card can provide. Every draw call up to dx12, vulcan and shader 6.1 is compatible with the integrated graphics in the cpu. Only thing is it wont be as good as a grpahic card - that card can provide the image many times faster that the IGPU. thats all.

As in previous comment, its the panel you use. Use a high end IPS for good colors, but if youre a designer, Go for a VA as it has little less colors but bears a great contrast. make sure to tune / clock the monitor if the color accuracy is quite important to you.

Thank You Guys.

Thing is if I put that graphic card in my PC will that bottleneck my PC?

Problem is colors are not bright in this onboard graphics. I don't why. That's why I'm trying to put my separate graphic card.

Any Ideas

bottle neck is a very situation depended word.  your mentioned VGA is not a high end one so it will not be capable of handling high resource demanding VGA work. since you are not going to play games the only way that this card will bog down is if you asking it of high detailed rendering stuff via some development tool. if you are going to do photo editing stuff the card can handle with good color management. but it will slow down the system when it comes to high detailed 3D rendering or high end video editing stuff.

regarding the intel HD vga in your CPU (its not on board anymore) if you have installed the VGA driver the colors should be almost the same as with your VGA card. if not you might want to look at the color settings in the driver and maybe change them a bit to get the desired level. usually this is not necessary.
