Yep in my opinion.. no offence to filter he is abusing his powers. As he kinda dictates the server. I have no problem with him... but this is just what i feel.

And one should remember that this isnt HIS account as he is using xains name and many people think its xain who is doing such things. AFAIK xain was an awsome admin.

P.S- Hexagon stop playing on pub servers. Play in DM and private servers..
