I have forwarded these three PMs to the team leaders. It was not my fault that the password changed like that but I have forwarded the correct details. I believe you were there in the server but failed to respond to my question, "Which team is this" and the announcement "Put proper clan tags please" and I have made the following two statements. One via PM and the other one in the forum. I'll let Rav decide which action should be taken.

Please respond to the message and join the server with proper clan tags within next 10 minutes else the match will be canceled.

Was it your team that was in the server from 8pm or not? I can't believe no one bothered to reply the PMs or the messages I put in the server asking "Which team is this?" and "Put proper clan tags please." There were just 5 random guys running around not even caring about whether there was match going on. Please be more responsible.

What about the SMS s? Not even replied to them.

For clarification's sake here's what happened.

PMd server details to the both team leaders all three times the password changed. After the last password change five guys appeared in the server with totally random names. I asked a million times from them to tell their team's name and to put their proper clan tag. None of the five bothered replying for about 10 minutes. Since so I PMd the leaders again. No reply to that either. I SMSd, no replies to that either. Still the same five running around like pigs and didn't bother replying to any of my messages there after. 8.35pm some of them left and I had enough. Best match I ever reffed.

It is the responsibility of the team captains to report to the referees by telling them which team they belong to and setting clan tags. If either team fails to do this (like in this case) then there is no way to identify which players are in which team. Ignoring a referees questions is a very stupid thing to do.

However, now that we have identified the 5 members that were present on the server at the time as team ESS, we can award them a walkover since the opponent team didn't show up at all. ESS moves to round 2.

Please note that this irresponsibility will NOT be accepted in future matches.

Extremely We are sorry. . . .   We are the one was present in the server at the given time...  Anyway thanks for the walkover to the second round.   We want do it again in the future matches. Actually didn't see the SMS's. (I replied to the PM's but without the Verification code  - How fool am i...)
