LOL Download region

Hi,

I'm planning to download LOL but I cant seem to find the region for sri lanka, its usually Asia or SEA something like that. Whats the region I should download it for best ping and whats the server other SL players play on?

There is no sea region. Its NA, EU , Oceania. Poeple in Sl play on EU.
