Thinking of getting csgo, wondering what connection speeds are like to mm/faceit etc. and what service providers you would recommend.

Appreciate the info. cheers

I've tried faceit, but matches took too long for me to find so I just gave up.

Normal Matchmaking though you're looking at like 40-70 pings, usually around the 50's  as we connect to Singapore servers most of the time :) I only ever play with Singaporeans and Malaysians, Although I did manage to match up with an Australian once.

Thank you for replying. Guess i'll try out a couple options, at least i know it's playable now. Though 50 ping isn't that great but at least it isn't the 100+ i thought it would be.

It's perfectly playable though! :)

Personally I prefer SLT :) when it comes to csgo :D
If you are going to play on faceit better play it on SEA region, But sometimes Faceit Hong Kong servers ping goes around 200ms so just try to play on Singapore servers (40-70ms).
Also EU region is good but ping goes around 140-170ms. :(
When it comes to MM just change the maximum matchmaking ping to 120 from game settings so u can play matches around 80-100ms ping in Honk kong severs and 40-70ms in singapore servers.

Get SLT Broadband. 4G will give you about 80 ping on an SG server (best possible ping).

SLT Broadband gives you about 40-50 ping.

SLT Fiber gives about 30-40 ping.

Lankabell 4G gives around 80-150 ping (matches to Indian servers).

Good luck! :)
