Gamer.LK is pleased to announce the second season of GamerLK Clans Counter Strike League (GCCL) tournament.

So you can play CS. Great, well done. You've been all over the GLK CS server blowing the crap out of each other every day on de_dust. Yes, many, many gamers play Counter-Strike. Very few, however, are good enough to win, or win at this level, at least.

What level, you ask? Why, the GCCL, of course. Which undoubtedly became the first ever reputable ranking tournament in Sri Lankan Counter Strike history, and now it's time again to load up your guns and fight to earn the title you've always dreamed of.

Go head to head with Sri Lanka's top CS players in the Gamer.LK Clans Counter-strike League. Starting in February 2009, the tournament will pit the best GLK clans against each other in a take-no-prisoners frag fest that will leave you bleary eyed and begging for mercy. The stakes? The respect of a community. The odds? Not good.

Think you can do damage with the deagle? Blow up heads with an AWP in a blink of an eye? Have mad strafing skills?.... Put your money where your mouth is.

Talk is cheap. Headshots are not.

It's time to prove yourself, noob.

The GCCL season 2 is open to all clans registered on Gamer.LK.

NB: GCCL is an online tournament. You will need an internet connection to take part in this tournament. All matches will be held on Sri Lankan online servers.

We will be using all available servers.

We're considering starting with a points based group stage, and then move on to the knockouts. Will keep everyone informed when it's confirmed.

We will try to patch the GLK server before GCCL S2, but it'll be good if you have a backup nosteam installation as well
