Here you go. I used Trixx so it will be easier for you.  ;)
Played GTA V at Very High for about 2hrs
Core clock is stable at 1400Mhz (That dip is after I closed the game)
Didn't overclocked the Memory.
Increased Power limit to 20%
and -6 mV undervolt.(Think I could go lower than that)
GPU get's 80C Max
and uh.. the fan is kinda loud..

And DO NOT JUST COPY MY SETTINGS!! Every card is different.

I manged to get at stable 1340Mhx core clock and 1800Mhz memory clock(Stock 1750Mhz).I under clocked the voltage and now at 1.1mV(in wattman i gave 1070 at the highest clock but in gpu-Z it shows 1.1mV at highest) also increased the power limit to 50%.Card's temp is around 67 degrees avg  :)
I did it using wattman.

Seems pretty good I believe. I didn't try lowering anymore TBH
oh and I didn't OC yet. Seems unnecessary since I'm getting my target FPS

Ok I have another problem. Fan goes to 100% all of a sudden even when I'm not doing anything. Happens everyday since I bought the card. I have to either restart the pc or turn it off manually using trixx. Anyone have this?

I believe it s a driver issue. Some others are having the same issue. Hopefully it ll be fixed soon.

Anyone know what's the max undervolt you can get?
I am on 1.05mV to 1.075mV range. I looped some benchmarks and got very stable ,used less power, stayed very cool. At default settings 1.175mV was the max Voltage. I used trixx to get down the voltage -100mV.
