its a very low count and diminishing ..

but since its on you tube and if he gets better and better of reviewing games  ( i hope he dose although i did not watch this vid as  well cos its Singhala) the best language to utilize is English for this kinda work.

poeple in sri lanka can speak it but most cant read or write

You can have dime-a dozen english reviews about this (or anything) on youtube. You might not know but there are a number of people who are very low on english literacy.
If all he wants to do is have more viewers, this road is downhill. But if he genuinely wants to help those people I mentioned above, thats certainly a first. Really good going.

P.S. there r a lot of spanish n russian n japanese localised reviews on youtube. Why not sinhala?

Trying to talk about gaming in Sinhala is one of the most difficult things I had to do once during an interview. A lot of the words don't exist or at least very uncommon in Sinhala you need to do a lot of research to get know them and use them in sentences correctly. There's only two ways you could end up;
1) People will not know half the words you just spoke of and will not get you.
2) You will use so many English words in between, people will think you'd rather done the whole thing in English itself.
