I guess its the problem. It's connected properly. But when not connected the signal lost massage appears. That massage has no issues like dragging.

Could be a faulty cable. Try changing it

Looks a lot like a faulty cable. I'm guessing this is VGA? Had a few problems like that before I switched to DVI.

ar u using a DVI to VGA dongle? if u use a cheap VGA cable with DVI to VGA dongle, ur in problem, try direct dvi

As said above, replacing your cable will most likely solve the issue.
