I play CS:GO the entire day with at least 2-3 hours of YouTube a day. I do not lose more than 1 GB a day. o_O Perhaps, someone else is using your internet.

@Falcon_ I doubt 200 MB. I play at least 5 competitive matches a day + crap tonnes of YouTube + crap tonnes of voice chat = max 1 GB a day. Perhaps 100 MB a game.

For 64 tick servers, its takes around 200mb when playing Competitive.
For 128 tick servers its takes more than that for competitive.
128 tick Community Deathmatch servers for 1 hour takes alot. Around 300-350mb. (I checked this some time ago)

WTF IS TICKRATE?

Ha ha. It's the server refresh rate.

"Tick rate is the frequency with which the server updates the game state. This is measured in Hertz. When a server has a tick rate of 64, it means that it is capable of sending packets to clients at most 64 times per second. These packets contain updates to the game state, including things like player and object locations. The length of a tick is just its duration in milliseconds. For example, 64 tick would be 15.6ms, 20 tick would be 50ms, 10 tick 100ms, etc"

Ohh thx

No problem. Basically, when tick rate is higher, the hitreg is much better and everything more responsive. You won't be getting killed behind cover and stuff.
