.com for the clan that wins, not for any individual. You can host whatever as long as it's within the web hosts terms of service and is clan related.

the domain name will be for a clan. This means, if your clan wins this challenge, then it is the CLAN that will get the domain name and hosting. e.g - kthx wins the challenge, the clan will get a domain name that they agree on (kthx.com or similar). Onca from kthx clan can't claim the domain for himself and have oncarox.com or whatever. Also, the webhosting is given to the CLAN and not an individual. Webhosting is provided for clan related files only, and not for your holiday pictures xD
