Which laptop to buy?? (Edited)

I plan on buying a laptop this April for a budget around 70-80k. I'll be using it for a few edits by Photoshop, some training in programming, and then home use.
Can you guys please suggest me a laptop to buy for this price range.

Thought about increasing the budget a bit, a came up with this online

A macbook pro 13inch core i5, for jzt 92k... And only with one month warranty. Is this worth for the money?? Please help someone soon, because I plan to buy within this week or the next.
