The above question was included in the Registration form for RLG Dota 2. Teams that answered with Yes (players residing overseas) have not been included in the draw because this tournament features a LAN-based final stage.

On that same note, the Gamer.LK Ranked | Dota 2 Competitive Rules have been updated after the end of GCDL. Teams cannot have any Sri Lankans living overseas for any ranked Dota 2 tournaments anymore. Teams and players are requested to read through the rules as some clauses have changed and been updated.
