Sabreen, since you asked. I'm currently running the same rig I got from you guys almost 5 years ago, with some replacements of course. As far as components, products and expertise go, can't deny RL is right at the top.

I have had some issues with your service, though. I've lugged my PC up to your store only to be told that I need to take it to the service center two streets away, despite me asking where I had to bring it beforehand. It happened again when I wanted to buy a blu ray drive - despite me calling two days in a row to find out if it was in stock, I was told by you when on the way that you didn't have it. Ended up buying it from Unity for 1 or 2k less, with a two year warranty instead of 1.

All this happened a long time ago, and I'm guessing your service has improved a lot since then. I wish you guys nothing but the best, really!

I've bought a keyboard, mouse, casing and a GPU from Redline and my experience with them has been rather pleasant.

"Systems Only" rule for the hard drives and RAM is bit unfair IMO. I know you can easily get them from elsewhere but not with the same solid warranty. {then again I never had to claim warranty for things I bought from Redline (or anywhere for that matter, which is pretty weird now that I think about it) so I only know what others say}. It's not unfair to have that rule for processors since you can get them from just about anywhere and it's extremely unlikely that you'll have to claim warranty for a processor.
But hey if you guys bend the rules for previous customers, that's pretty good.

One thing I'd like Redline to improve is how quickly you meet your customers demands. I know you guys have a large crowd of customers and with the limited staff available, it can take some time to reach each customer to get them what they need.I'm not really complaining, but nobody likes to stand and wait. I've experienced this a few times when I visited your shop.

Other than that, Redline is a pretty reliable shop. :)

Hey Lashan, thanks for the feedback and it's great that you've never had to claim warranty! Let's hope it remains that way!

My opinion about the store been closed on Friday for Prayer time, I personally don't like it, had a bad experience once but items held on warranty claim were soon replaced with a new set, I was annoyed at the way things were been handled. Just keep your services accessible at all times, think that will help a majority of customers and fans. Just some friendly advise, I hope :)

Next time be a sensible person and go after that prayer period like all other people do. People gotta follow their religion and you can't say "I personally don't like that" stuff for that. Be sensible. Respect their customs.

I usually direct anyone who ask for good stuff to Redline, cus I know they are good. It's not like they are perfect in every way. But if you treat them right, you will be treated good too :)

Customs are customs mate. If you tell them not to take their time off for prayers on Friday, then even your boss can ask you to come to work on a poya day.
You get what I'm saying?
And it's a matter of only 1 hour. It's not like they are closed the whole day.

guys, guys... i just got back from work, and i work on poya days too... what i'm trying to say is, pray on, i dont have have any problem with anyone praying but stay open with someone who does not have to pray, i was told to go to the store and I disturbed Zero, who was having his lunch. Believe I am one of the least racist people you will know, i'm just saying its run by a lot of people and not just one minority..so keep it open with the help of other guys. Thats up to them.. The reason I said I dont like it is because it was my second visit to the claim's section, and that was annoying. I called up Zaffran and like any other disappointed customer told him I cannot wait again for the second time, I told him about how I felt about Friday happening to be closed in that particular time when I visited and then he explained his views about the matter. I dont have anything personal against any of them, but a lot was promised and it did not happen which eventually led me to visit them the second time over. SO... no offence to anyone, some will get my point and others will think i'm racist but i'm not :)
