[HELP] Connect Home Theater to PC

Hi Guys!

I got my self a 5.1 home theater system and want to connect it to my PC in the best possible way without loss in sound quality.

My HT has these connectors: 1. AUDIO IN-AUX, 2. DIGITAL IN-OPTICAL, 3. HDMI OUT (ARC) and my RIG is in the signature.
