You may wanna reconsider the pricing of 970. nobody gonna buy that 970 while a 980 is available for just 7K more (ofcourse from you ) even if that's some super-duper-ultra-extreme-uber edition 
people don't care about zotac's pricing. it's on you.

also while msi/asus 970s available for 63K -ish from rl.
