Help! Is Ewis E tab a good buy for Rs 36,000

Hey guys. I was thinking of buying a tab for my work and studies and found this Sri Lankan manufactured tab. The specs are as bellow.

These reviews seem legit. So imho it's good value for 36k.

Thanks. But are there any other options for me. What are the most important things when I want to look when buying a Tab. I have never used a Lap or a Tab.
