Guys, I have to give a speech on next Tuesday in the Effective Speech session for the semester. So I thought of giving it about Social Networking, good and bad sides. So I want ur thoughts and views about this at least before Saturday (24th).

And I'm not a user of Facebook so I want to know about the statistics of how many users engage daily, and annually in Facebook. And I want a touch of detail about the Facebook incidents which happened locally and internationally.

Any help is appreciated!

For businesses -

The Good
FB is a tool that will help u directly engage with customers. (after sales services, warranty claiming, troubleshooting etc.).


The Bad
Remember FB is only a tool and is not a replacement to your website.
Sole reliance on FB for your business (without a website) will do more harm than good to your organization/business because social networking sites go in and out of fashion from time to time.
Also social networking is used for more temporary sub-endevaours (annoucements such as discount-week, stock clearance sale etc.).
