Besides mocking their logo design skills I'm not too sure if these guys are even a registered company in Sri Lanka.
What is your business registration number?

manufacturers ship to local distributors and then the retailers purchase it from them and sell it with a profit margin, so this is much cheaper than importing from UK. and i think that's why Redline is doing. and since the stuff r from UK it's gonna be really hard when claiming RMA. and never ever cheat the customers. RMA through a local distributor even takes over 2 weeks, so sending it to UK? god

What he said.
Anyway, since you're not selling anything, nor are you quoting prices, this thread had been moved somewhere else.

No. We are bothered because you made use of our services and tried to pass them as yours, and made a bunch of false accusations towards us in the process.

Ifane can prove his point by posting a video of making a rig from start to finish. All the components has to be in sealed boxes. You must show each and every component in the box and it's unpacking. You could handle that can you? After all that's what you claim your business to be doing.

Do this and you shall be trusted as someone who could be err... trusted. Otherwise please stop your nonsense.

Infane, first of all you cannot take a shot at one of the best companies related to high-end gaming equipment in the country and expect to sit back and enjoy your day.

secondly you could have simply mentioned that you purchased your first rig from Redline on your video. Giving credit to the actually people who had something to do with your build. You could have avoided all this.

Maybe they need to improve on their customer services, as with some ppl are commenting here but when you walk into a store like redline, you walked in becoz you wanted to buy from Redline, not becoz you just wanted to buy a PC, that's what  redline is for most in this community. Waiting an hour or two is something you are willing to sacrifice for the best performing rig for the budget to build with some well experienced tech enthusiast in the business. I know some ppl will even pay extra if they can get the Redline logo branded on their PC's.

anyway, you have a long way ahead of you. You got a lot to learn. There were many before you and there will be many after you. But You Do Not Attack Your Competitors on your first day of work. This is nothing knew for the local community.  But I do wish you good luck on your future plans.

Don't see why this topic should be dragged in discussion any further. :D
