When one of our employee from Pelican Technology purchased computer parts from your shop, Redline Technology, we realized the boxes have not been opened yet. This can only mean the products have not gone through quality control. The Pelican Technology employee then asked what the return policy was and Redline told him he had one day. This meant if one of the components was damaged , we would only have one day to return it. The employee which sold the components gave a 1 day return policy on a Saturday, and if we found a broken part, we would not have been able to return it, because Redline does not work on Sundays. This is unfair and unreasonable to the customer who trust you with your services.

- The shop opened quite a while ago and still looks like a complete mess. Computer parts a bit everywhere. Opened up computers on tables and boxes all over the floor.
- The customer service was horrible, I had to wait there 45 minutes for the employee to get my computer parts, even though i called in advance
- There is a very limited amount of products we can choose from. Only 3 AMD processors which are all unavailable. Memory was also very limited. Only few cases available. There is no way for you to come up with your own designs as the products are very limited, they change everything for you.
- Prices are way too expensive, you must make at least 5000 RS profit on each component, where else, we Pelican Technology will offer the same parts for much less
- When I called to order parts, i was bounced back and forward to different employees making me have to explain myself over and over again- When walking in, no one tries to help you, all the employees chatting among themselves, making it hard to have a conversation with the employees- While I was at the shop, the employee i talked to on the phone and in person at the shop decides to take a coffee break and makes me wait another 30 minutes- I ordered my graphic card in advance since they didn't have it in stock. They told me to collect graphic card by the next Saturday. I call on that Saturday and they start telling me I haven't ordered the part. Was kept on the phone explaining to them for about 15 minutes before they passed it on to the manager and told me to come back on Tuesday

Make no mistake1. That was not an apology. I was just pointing out and correcting points and accusations that you made.2. I'm not an "experienced employee", I own Redline Technologies. Kid.3. My employees are free to post and share their opinions as they please without any moderation on my part, especially given the fact that you're acting like an illiterate little brat.4. The PC you took, was not for your customer, it was for you. We customized it from head to toe and your mom paid for it. I was the one speaking with her. Kid.
Dude go to Techzone... they have the best customer service in SL
