Steelseries Siberia V2 Frost Blue Sound Settings
« on: August 05, 2014, 09:27:47 am »
I got my new Headset 3 days ago, it’s an Siberia V2 Frost Blue Edition. I heard good things about it and decided to buy it. But now I have a pretty annoying problem.

My weapon sounds in game and my footstep and team mates footstep sound is way to loud and i can't hear the plant or enemy footsteps sometimes. Anyone have same Headset and could give me some advices (sound settings). I am using onboard Realtek HD Audio Manager & Steelseries Engine. Do I need to buy separate sound card ?

The headset comes with a separate sound processor so you don't have to get a sound card. You have to meddle with the settings on both the SteelSeries Engine and in ur game in order to get the most satisfying experience for you.

Try to look up more info on the product website. (http://steelseries.com/support/downloads)

Tweeking with the settings should do the trick.

Don't use other people's settings. You have to play with the available options and find out the configuration that is perfect for YOU.
