HI guyz i did this alone no compilations from other sites

i used-
cs 1.6 colour scheme editor
cs 1.6 background maker
time taken - 1 hour aproximately
heres the screen shots

extract resource.rar , open resource folder ,again open resource folder in there - copy and paste resource folder to ur cstrike folder and ENJOY THE GAME
