Game Ladders DOTA 2 League Season 2

After a very successful first season, the second edition of the GameLadders DOTA 2 League, an initiative by GameLadders.LK in order to bring a first hand experience of online DOTA 2 on a competitive level, commenced in April this year.

From SLCG 2012 to SLCG 2013, DOTA 2 has seen a rise in popularity amongst gamers in Sri Lanka with more and more taking up the game. Some teams have even represented the country in International DOTA 2 tournaments some of which are currently underway. Its in this backdrop that the second season of Game Ladders DOTA 2 League kicked off with the hope of further increasing awareness and popularity of DOTA 2 in Sri Lanka and allow DOTA 2 players to enjoy themselves and have a good time in this sort of league as well as win a cash prize while they are at it.

With a prize pool of over Rs. 10,000 and a host of other features including community shoutcasters, stats recording, etc, Game Ladders DOTA2 League Season 2 will aim to provide a great experience for its players and spectators even more than before. This will help provide the exposure needed for Sri Lankan DOTA2 to be even more recognized in the South Asian region.
