Yeah, for some SLT users the ping seems a bit unstable but 90% of the time it's stable at 160-170. I'v had a couple of days where it went up to 220 and sometimes 350.

not working every time when there is high ping

Are people under level 30 allowed to take part? because I'v seen many people thought of making new accounts in OCE. It's pretty troublesome and transferring works just fine since all tournaments will be held on OCE and the ping is less too.

If there are ppl under level 30, we can arrange the matches without runes and mastries if that's alright.
