OCEANIA chosen as official Sri Lankan League of Legends competitive server!

Greeting Summoners!

We are pleased to inform you that all future GLK League of Legends tournaments will be played on Oceania Server in both online (GCLL), SLCG & all other national level tournaments due to better stability in tournaments and ping!

SWITCHING SERVERS

1. Log in to League of legends -> Click the SHOP MENU -> Select OTHER and then UNLOCK (Oceania) as shown in the Image below



2. Make sure you leave ALL TEAMS before transferring. The account will then be switched and you will have to LOGIN through the Oceania as shown below.



Any ranked tournaments should also be played on OCE to be recognized as a ranked tournament in the country ranking!

(Note: Switching servers is currently free just for one time only! If you are to switch back RIOT will charge you! Also note that switching will not affect you in Champions, Skins, Win ratio by any means. But we do believe that rank wins will reset)

GLK is looking to make League of Legends an official title of its competitive game list, but to make this happen we need to standardize some elements of the community. One of which is the server used for competitive play.

Generally it goes to about 150 - 155 .. on a bad SLT day would go upto 200 .. Minimum would be close to 130 ish :)

Here's a little more detail about what happens after you transfer your NA/EU account to OCE, so you can make your decision to either transfer the account or rank up a brand new account in OCE.

>You will lose your ranked game rating (However your ranked win count won't reset and still I'm not quite sure Riot will grant you the end of season rewards if you were Silver or above on your previous server)

>You will lose all your honour points

>You will lose your entire friends list

>You will be forced to leave any joined ranked teams

All of your wins, champs, IP & RP, runes and set masteries will retain so you don't have to worry on that part.
