What about the salary. Any ideas? Because there are hell lot of people with plenty of degrees. But your requirements are practically harder.

@EGS - Not quite sure what you mean, if you're asking if we have any timings from 7pm onwards then yes...in fact that's exactly what we're looking for, however only Full time employees at the moment. So e.g. 7pm - 4am would be a full time shift.

19.00 - 01.00 Hrs is ok but till 4.00 hrs is a bit too long need to have some sleep before the day starts.
