Since we discovered a hacker in our clan, it was decided to restructure the process which a person who wants to join us, will be required to follow.

This is how it would be:

The player willing to joining FEAR has to initially inform an organizer or captain and me regarding his interest in doing so.

Then we will spec the player for about 1 week (1 week max, if he is not known to us) to see whether he would perform acts like hacking, and also to see how he gets along with the other players in the community.

The next step is 3 1v1 11 round fights on iceworld vs 3 FEAR clan members.
Game can/will be spectated by elite members and higher ranking members.
This is done purely to judge the player’s skill and to try and ensure that the skills he/she posses are acquired without any hacks.
Winning or loosing doesn’t matter here. All we are looking for is skill consistent with what we have seen earlier.

At this point if we are satisfied with what we have seen, the player gets to be a member.
However if he wishes to climb the ranks of our clan he/she is REQUIRED to join us when we have our get-together(at least once), which is held once in 2 weeks and play on LAN with us.
This is in place to get to know the member personally and once again to make sure that his/her skill is their own and not thanks to some hack
(yes I/we really despise hacking. lol )

Breaker AKA Pornstar (the original pornstar) is the newest member  to Join F.E.A.R. all non clan members are also welcomed
