NO! Logan killed Batman and the Hulk killed Logan. According to comics, Batman WAS beaten by the Hulk. Simply nothing beats Hulk because what weakens other super heroes would actually make him stronger. Nothing beats Hulk. Simply nothing. Batman might pull off some tricks but he can't survive long. Batman is a mere human at peak human condition. Hulk is an abomination which smashed a planet in half. :]

You're right to a certain extent, Batman does not kill people as in humans. It's what makes him who he is, a crimefighter instead of a murderer... Demons seem to be fair game, as they aren't human.

He's got nothing but a pistol (tho most of the time it's just he and his shield) to defend himself against an armed opponent and to fire back. He kills when it needs. He won't send the Joker a hundrad times to Arkham Asylum and let him kill people every time he makes a chaos in the city after his escape. He is the captain of the avengers. He's an avenger (literally)

Bats isn't such a black and white character. There is an issue where he admits that killing would be easy, but it would be a slippery slope. Besides, you're basing this on Superman & Batman Apocalypse which is a cartoon - and they weren't demons, they were clones of Darkseid IIRC.

When just when? He'd shoot first and ask later.. Even in the movie he was pretty trigger happy. Batsy caught the Joker for like 9999 times and sent him to AA but Cap never had the chance to go face to face with the one baller..
