NO! Logan killed Batman and the Hulk killed Logan. According to comics, Batman WAS beaten by the Hulk. Bats did beat the Hulk (alternate reality though). Do you consider beaten as dead or just KO'd? If so, even Old Rustbucket (Iron Man) knocked him out in #132.

Mine,
-I want to be super intelligent (find cure for cancer, AIDS, make thermo electrical bombs, finish building Nikola Tesla's air defence grid and shit)
-I want the power of teleportation to the end of the galaxy and come back to earth in a split second (including anything I want)
-I want to be Immortal (give and take immortality to anyone/anything I wish) and turn back time.
