Just a suggestion but, would it be better if the teams decide the time and let Rav know of the time that u agreed on? and Rav it would be better if u could put the names of the team leaders so that they can communicate with each other. but team leaders plz be careful not to get caught doing this

if vr participating ill prefer a weekend lik u say 11 or 12...
