Asus 680GTX on 650w PSU

Hey Guys i am Using a Asus 460GTX card right now, and the PSU is a Cooler Master 650w. I am running on an intel DH67CL board. I want to to know if i buy a Asus 680GTX or 670GTX card will my PSU handle it or would need to upgrade it. Also what would be the  motherboard i should be looking for if i need an upgrade from the intel one around the price of Rs. 20000. Thanks in Advance.

Yes, 650W is fine provided that you will not want to SLI in the future. Read the last part of specifications:

650W power Supply is enough to run gtx 680 or 670,

What I meant was is my mother board good enough for the VGA card? if not what is the board u would suggest for me to buy which should be worth the buck.

of course your motherboard is good enough for a GTX680. the quality of the motherboard only comes into play when if you want to overclock your CPU or if you are using multiple graphics cards.

IF you have a pci-e slot in you mobo , thats enough. GTX680 uses 195W. So don't panic when you see your electricity bill :p

That's only when he is gaming.
Besides, he can save much more power by using adaptive v-sync. There aren't many games that require the full power of a GTX680.

go for gtx670 it's on average only 5% slower than gtx680 and if you can find a card like asus GTX 670 DCII Cu TOP it's faster than reference gtx 680.

Your best options would be a Gigabyte Z77-DS3H or Asus P8Z77-V LX

i'm also looking to buy that card..!! ;)

i have recently bought a asus GTX670 dc2 vga it's very good card and it's like 2x faster than my previous gtx 560 ti you can max out any game and get good fps with this card i would recommend this card to anyone who looking to buy a good vga.
