SLT has fixed it but not everything.

P.S. This isn't something that gets you tons of extra GB, it's probably around 10-20ish so don't get your hope up!

Just a heads up in case if anyone thought of trying this!

I have noticed that at 12.01 am of 1st day of month, the speed restored back to normal. However in the usage meter the data still counts for the last month, so I downloaded about 10 gigs before it starts count for new month. It seems that downloaded amount added to new month because when my usage meter was showing about 15 gigs, connection was throttled.

Later I found that, it was mentioned in usage meter note         

guys what are your actual speeds when your speed is capped to 64kbps?

Oh well, so much for my first loophole then. Still can't hurt to get a second opinion...

Around 8-10 kBps.
Kasun is right, there's a note in the Usage meter page:

"4. For sessions that span across the month end boundary, actual volume consumed during the respective month will be used for bandwidth management"

Meh.

guys, if u pay for 1gb and get it, it is added to the new month as well? o.O
