Announcing Phoenix Gaming's very own Call of Duty 4 LAN Tournament - ReSpawn
Held on the 13th October 2012
8 am onwards at Venus Cybersoft, Mount Lavinia

Promising more game time for all teams, we at Phoenix will host our very own Call of Duty 4 Lan Tournament at Venus Cybershot (Mount Lavinia). The event will take place in a fully gaming environment.  ReSpawn ’12 will reach new heights in Sri Lankan COD4 community and hoping to get a good recognition for Sri Lankan Cyber games as well.

Details of the format and rules are as follows.

Tournament Format
The format of the tournament will be single elimination, which was decided after a vote by the majority of the community. Full details of the rules & regulations was attached...

Registration will be Rs.300 per head (Rs. 1,500 Per Team)
Kindly note that once each team completes their registration, your team will put in to a tentative position in the ReSpawn draw. Ones you attend the event, your required to pay your registration full fee of Rs. 1,500 Per Team (Rs.300 per head) before 9AM on event date to earn a confirm spot in the ReSpawn draw. Then your ReSpawn draw will be altered as per the confirmed participants to avoid delays and cut down the waiting time for gamers.


PC Specs, Configs & Drivers
Config files need to be zipped (zip, rar) and emailed to [email protected]. If it is absolutely necessary that you should install drivers for your equipment you must inform so to the same email address.
250 FPS is guaranteed in Venus PCs. PC specs are as follows.

USB Drives & Demos
The use of USB drives or any other portable storage devices are strictly prohibited by the rules of Venus Cybersoft. Demos will be handed out to the team captain so make sure to bring a freshly formatted USB drive.

Please make sure you bring your own USB Hub if you will be using more than two USB ports for your equipment.
