Every Sri Lankan buys pirated games, there are only very few people that only buy genuine games on steam.

I think the main reason for this is the salaries Sri Lankans receive are fairly low compared to the salaries of an average citizen in USA or Australia etc. etc. So they cannot afford to buy videos games for those 50 or 60 dollar prices. While ppl in other highly developed countries can.

That maybe too.. But I think the main reason is most people are underage who are still study in schools or in universities. So they tend to keep using and sharing pirated games simply it was the established trend that made here in Sri Lanka for past 6-8 years.

Just got Fez Rs 50

about Fez...

supposed to be an awesome game & the developer of this game said in an interview that if the game fails he will commit suicide because he gave his entire life in to developing this game.. and its true cause he lost hi fiance, his family, his friends, his life savings & his company... almost everything to this game....

Hope sincerely that Fez gets more successful

Update > Reloaded version working flawlessly.. just shown how bad the FLT crack was.. half-assed crackers.. thanx Lion.. he was decent enough to re download the entire Reloaded version for me as the FLT one was giving issues....

I've followed the game's development for years, and much kudos to Lion for sharing the game as soon as it got out. I think Phil redesigned the game for the third or fourth time. I second what earthling said - watch Indie Game: the Movie. It's a brilliant documentary and truly shows what it's like to be behind the steering wheel of indie game dev.
