As they said, they already closed the registration on 10th of June. Seems like some technical issues.

No. We won't be giving dates for matches in GCFL - it is up to the two players to organise a date for the match before the deadline given. Round 1 should be finished before 17th June. Get in touch with your opponent and agree on a date and time to play.
