If I explane more,  You can remember "@" cafes in GTA IV. This time they will make the whole "@" system a real-time interactive thing.
           So this is a new concept. "Sociel network game" like thing. You can date girls (Real ones) and do those realy bad things !@#!# too..
    Your phone will be a callable one even with other players not just AI.
                    As the time goes Other importent info like what city it will be & time of the game will be posted.

no offense but that just sounds stupid, Rockstar would never do such a thing, and they have always been story driven games... what you are describing doesn't even seem like it could contain a story.

but a link to the "source" could convince me otherwise.

what he's saying sounds more like an MMO ?? yuck.. MMO's i really dont like.. its too much treasure whoring... if this happens rockstar would have killed GTA
