you'll have to wait at least until 7950 is released before people starting selling their 6950s. even that is not probable because 7950 will be a $400 card while a 6950 is a $250-300 card so 7950 will stil be out of their budget. perhaps, people who had 6950 CF might sell their cards for a single 7970.
