Your anti virus has deleted the file disable it and extract, after copying it to the steam folder add it as an exception.

Use this crack, the password for the file is : www.sil3ntkillaz.net76.net

Extract and copy all content in the WIN32 folder to your steam folder, and run VLDR.exe instead of steam.exe. :)
